The goal of the initiative is to create new or improve the existing services of the association in order to  develop high quality  STEAM related education offer. A study visit to the partner would allow us to get innovative ideas for the educational offer, improve our communication in social networks and promote the involvement of young people in the activities of our center. The initiative will complement the implementation of the activities of the existing project that aims to develop a strategy for attracting resources and an action plan which we will start to implement in 2023.

One of the components of the plan is to create new STEAM services. During the initiative, we will learn from our partner previously unknown skills about digital communication and storytelling. The newly acquired skills will allow us to supplement our center's educational offer, as we will be able to create new educational services.
Another component of the action plan is audience-targeted communication. Part of our audience is children and young people who get information from social networks. Although we use Facebook for communication, we do not use the TikTok at all. Our partner has experience on strategic digital storytelling and strategic use of social media channels (including TikTok) for social cause and social entrepreneurship.
The action plan also envisages the involvement of new human resources for the AIMC, especially the involvement of young people. With this initiative, we want to strengthen the human resources capacity by involving young people equipped with up-to-date IT skills and motivated to develop new services in our center.
