The aim of the project is to restart the management methods and tools of the organization “Latvian 4H” so that it becomes a knowledgeable, modern, high-quality organization that effectively guides the organization towards achieving its goals. As we are a public benefit organization and we also receive public funding for the achievement of public goals in our field, the project will also successfully and more effectively achieve public goals in the field of youth. The project will implement 5 interrelated activities:

-evolve organization development strategy for 2021-2027;
- quality management manual introduced;
- effective management tools are in place;
- evaluation procedures in place (M&E approach);
- trained management team of the association.

A well-developed strategy will allow all those involved in the organization's management process and members to move more purposefully in the direction of the organization's vision, more purposefully achieve the goals that have been identified as the most important needs of the association. Developed guidelines and implemented IT tools will promote more efficient use of time, everyone will understand the tasks to be performed, the necessary resources, communication and information dissemination networks will be assessed. The guidelines will also ensure a more consistent quality of work performance by changing staff or replacing staff. A systematic approach to goal setting monitoring and evaluation (M&E) will facilitate the development of the organization, allowing to keep the focus on the most important for the specific period of time, base the evaluation on data, introduce the necessary changes in behavior. Going through all stages of the project - joint strategy development, acquisition of organizational management and IT tools and methods, consulting, testing, implementation, as well as facilitation and streamlining of work will form a more motivated, satisfied, unified, more effective association management.
