Within the framework of the Active Citizen Fund capacity project, the NGO "New East" aims to move to the next level, develop the organization's operations and administration, increase the association's human resources (knowledge, skills and abilities (management, financial accounting, management and IT skills)). Our goal is to achieve long-term economic growth within 17 months (increasing the company's economic income by 15%), attract new members (20 people), carry out rebranding activities, create a "New East" website to promote the association's cultural, educational and social projects, as well as for more convenient administration of projects and events. Our goal is to compile a summary of the association's experience and achievements, as well as to create an organization strategy and vision for the next five years. To further increase our potential. As part of this project activity, we plan to create an online education platform, create a CSO networking season center in Daugavpils, as well as organize seminars / conferences with partners from 5 countries. New East aims to build capacity to help strengthen citizen participation, help manage the organization more effectively and promote a more open style of operation. All activities are focused on the long-term economic growth, social cohesion and development of the organization (e.g. design code, purchase of equipment, creation of CSO networks, attraction of new members, etc.). An important stage of the project is the education of the new members. We are also planning a number of publicity events with the aim of setting a positive example, ensuring the association's visibility in the region and promoting the activities of NGOs in the region.
