The aim of the initiative is to explore the experience of the development and diversification of financial sources of a permanent organisation in order to contribute to the sustainability of the objectives achieved in the project in the long term.

3 meetings are planned with former Solheim Structural Union Heads, as well as a visit to a one unit. After the survey, the Society's Board will meet with Solheimar representatives and receive on-the-spot consultations on Solheimar management strategies and risks, long-term financial resources and diversification, on services provided, on cooperation with public authorities, local government and other NGOs, on raising donations to the organisation's activities and activities, on publicity, organisation of open events, on the financial network management.

At the end of the visit, a joint discussion will be organised with Solheimar management on the diversification of financial resources and on the practical implementation of ideas, on the challenges arising from the organisation's long-term functioning, changing external and internal environments, on the regular updating of the strategy.
