The aim of the project is to strengthen and improve the activity of "Jautane smaidam" in the Bauska region as an important resource in the sustainable development of local communities.
The implementation of this project will give a significant impetus to the work started for the long-term development of the organization. We will continue targeted work to ensure the visibility of the organization's activities at the local level. We want to talk about what has been done at the local level - in local communities. The project's activities will give an opportunity to significantly improve the recognition of the organization in the Bauska region, telling about our values, offers, and achievements. Our mission is to be a resource in the local community, to realize this we as an organization must be a part of the local community - involve new members and volunteers in the work of the organization.
The most important activities of the project are the development and implementation of a new management model, ensuring communication with society and strengthening the organization's activities in the existing cooperation networks.
The target group of the project activities are members and volunteers of the organization.
