Capacity projects: Results of the Capacity project call are known

On March 25, 2022, the board of the Active Citizens Fund (ACF) approved the results of the second Capacity call for proposals: of 160 competing projects, 35 were awarded a grant, the total grant sum amounting to 666,204.17 Euro. 8 projects envisage a partnership with bodies of the EEA and Norway Financial Mechanism donor countries. Capacity projects: 160 applications received in the second Capacity project call

On January 17, 2022, the second Capacity project call of the Active Citizens Fund (ACF) has concluded. A total of 160 project applications were received out of which 21 project includes partnerships with organisations from donor states. Read more
Results of the Organisational grants call

On 23 November 2021, the Board of the Active Citizens Fund (ACF) has approved the results of the Organisational grant call: from 19 projects received in the call six organisations received grant for the implementation of their operational strategies that contribute to the achievement of the objectives and results of the ACF. Each of the six organisations will receive exactly 100 000 euro to be spent over period two years in 2022 and 2023. Read more

By 17 January, 2022 (14.00) civil society organisations are invited to prepare and submit project applications to strengthen the capacity of the organisation. Projects should be submitted in the online application system of the Active Citizens Fund. Read more
Pilot call for proposals: 19 applications were received in the pilot call for organisational grants

On September 27, 2021, the pilot call for proposals of the Active Citizens Fund (ACF) for organisationanl grants has concluded, in which applications from 19 organizations were received. As a result of the competition, it is planned to support seven organizations, allocating 100,000 euros each for the implementation of their operational strategies in aspects related to the objectives and results to be achieved by the ACF. Strategic projects: 37 applications were received in the second Strategic Project Call

On September 27, 2021, the second Strategic Project call of the Active Citizens Fund (ACF) has concluded. A total of 37 project applications were received - 31 of these were submitted for the program “Democracy Culture” and six for the program “Human Rights”. Nine projects involve establishment of partnerships with partners in donor countries. Read more
